How to make White Chocolate Cashew Brittle

This is Stephanie, my (very talented) sister's recipe (from the family cookbook):

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 T corn syrup
3 T water
1 c. toasted cashews
32 oz. white chocolate

Enjoy (and get a look at the "bed head" LOL)
